We recognise that woodworking is not something that a lot of people will have experienced before coming to the school. We don’t therefore look for a history of woodworking expertise.
What we do look for is a sense of passion for the skills and traditions of fine furniture making. After all, we don’t want to waste your time if we don’t feel that you have that creative instinct for working in wood. We believe that a career in fine furniture making can be extremely fulfilling and rewarding, but only if you have the right attitude from the start.
So that’s what we’re looking for above all else – an opportunity for you to share in our passion, and to help you achieve your ambitions.
